REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please keep your original shipping box in case you need to return an item purchased from Collection By Tshoky.

1. All returns are processed via economy shipping.
2. Returns for an exchange incur a fee of R100.
3. Returns for a refund incur a fee of R100.
4. Returns and refunds must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the goods.
5. No returns or exchanges on sale items, headwear, socks, sunglasses or watches.
6. To process a return or exchange, email boitshoko@collectionbytshoky.co.za and include your order number in the subject line. Banking details will be emailed where required.
7. Exchanges may be made online. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
8. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or missing packaging or tags will not be refunded or exchanged.
9. If an incorrect item, size or colour was sent, Collection By Tshoky will process the return or exchange at no additional cost.
10. Credit or debit card refunds may take up to 12 working days to reflect.
11. EFT refunds may take up to 2 working days, depending on the customer’s bank.
