At Collection by Tshoky, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
- To initiate a return, please email us at boitshoko@collectionbytshoky.co.za within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Return Process
- Email boitshoko@collectionbytshoky.co.za to request a return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Securely package the item(s).
- Ship the package back to us as instructed.
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
- Customers who are unhappy with their order may request an exchange, subject to inspection.
- Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for orders that we are unable to fulfill within the agreed timeframe.
- If your order is not fulfilled within 14 working days, you are eligible to request a refund.
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider and will be returned to you within 3 working days after approval.
